Surface Protection Film for Metal & Transit

Surface protection film is a clear sacrificial layer for the surfaces that take the most abuse. We install Graffiti Shield multi-surface protection film on glass display cases, stainless steel, elevator cabs and doors, escalator panels, transit interiors, polished stone, counters and laminate. Scratches, keying, marker and paint land in the film. When it has taken enough damage, we peel it off and apply a fresh sheet, and the surface underneath is exactly as it was on day one.

Where it goes

Elevator cab walls and doors, elevator lobbies, escalator side panels and decking cladding, stainless column wraps, handrail cladding, bus and train interiors, station fixtures, restroom partitions, reception desks, counters and anywhere a finish is expensive to repair and easy to damage.

Why film instead of refinishing

Refinishing brushed stainless or replacing an elevator panel is slow, disruptive and expensive, and it starts wearing again the day it is done. A film change takes minutes, needs no chemicals or power tools, and costs a fraction of the repair.

It looks like nothing is there

The film is optically clear and conforms to the surface, so brushed and polished finishes keep their look. Most people using the space will never know it is protected.
